Meet your Doctor

Originally from Mexico City, Dr. Sonia Comas completed her dental education and subspecialty training at the Intercontinental University, earning a Master’s Degree in Orthodontics in 2007. She then thrived in a busy private practice in Orthodontics and General Dentistry for over a dozen years, treating both children and adults with a wide variety of dental pathology.

Most recently, Dr. Comas opted to further her professional path by pursuing certification in the United States, subsequently completing a competitive program through the Louisiana State University School of Dentistry, after which she successfully obtained her Board Certification in Dentistry in the State of Louisiana in 2025.

As an adjunct to her dental practice, Dr. Comas has also completed dedicated training in botulinum toxin injections to treat myofascial pain, migraines, temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders, as well as aesthetic concerns for both toxin and cosmetic fillers.

As a native Spanish speaker, Dr. Comas takes pride in providing bilingual services, making our office a welcoming place for all patients.
